Here at INVINITI we believe we have an exciting, indulgent approach to all things food and wine. At last we have found the place to put our ideas into practise in this lovely surroundings of 21 Tombland. The building may be steeped in history but our taste sensations are definitely a thing of the future.
Our Bistronomic team in the kitchen "is inspired by our collaboration with food writer, consultant and development chef Franck Pontais, whose inspiring dishes will for the basis of our dining experience". The kitchen will be headed by the talented Fabrice Kouame and his team. This combined with wine expertise from Poppy Seymour as well as the hospitality skills of general manager, Rafael Leon.
